    How can I reset a Serene mobile, if Hardware password is not available?

    Dear all,

    any idea how can I fully reset my just bought Serene mobile?
    It was used already, but the seller doesn't know the password of the mobile itself. (not of the SIM card)
    00000000 doen't work.

    *3745*64357#
