Quick accurate and friendly advice combined with a degree of irreverence! And honest opinions unfettered by company political correctness.

Peter keeping me sensible, you lot making me laugh all the time, and the fact i have a five figure sum loan for this website secured against my house.

On a more serious note, i love the sheer variety - both intellectual and demographic of the membership.  I can be talking to a driving instructor from Lancashire one minute, then a dentist from Australia the next - then a Swiss surgeon, a Greek CEO and an Italian factory worker an hour later - all on a level, with no airs or graces. That's priceless, as what you do and what you have matters less on here than any place i have ever been. That's pretty special - honestly.

I'm leaving Leeds to move back to Sheffield in a few weeks - we should meet up for that beer some time before I go back 'down south'!

This is the best forum on the web IMO, I have joined other discussion groups (non B&O). Never have I found anywhere that comes cose to been as good as Beoworld. All our members make Beoworld what it is, I truely cannot imagine what it would be like if there were no Beoworld.

I appreciate the attitude in this forum. It's a warm, altruistic and friendly community. There is always somebody genuinely willing to help (complete strangers in most cases and expecting nothing in return).

That's especially apparent with Lee, Peter, Keith S, and many many many more>

It is in my short list of web favorites (sic - darn Microsfot spelling) my favourites!!

I think I'm addicted since last month when I bougt my first B&O Product a BeoSound 4 with BeoLab 6000.

THe good thing about this site is that you can get good and usefull help most dealers can't provide.

Puncher and Andy drank it all..  we only have alcopops and some dodgy looking 'Grunters Old Stomachcramp' Real Ale left in the fridge..

Someone actually won some Champagne in the Christmas Prize Draw, but none of it made it to the forums..
