    BEOGRAM 1500 - BELT OR MOTOR PROBLEM?

    Hi.

     

    I have a Beogram 1500 and when I switch the unit on it can take anything between 5 & 10 minutes for the turntable to reach its optimum speed.

     

    Any ideas what the problem might be?

    Hi and welcome to Beoworld !  Yes - thumbs up

    It will be the motor in need of stripping down, cleaning and lubricating,
    it's a very common fault in all the 1-phase AC motor driven models.
