    Is it possible...

to buy a Beovision 4 50" Alu frame and mount it to my Panasonic TH50PF10, which I believe is one of the panels used in the BV4 50". I have read/heard something about being able to buy the frame but not being able to mount it because of a "magic" piece missing, which you can't buy anywhere.

Has anyone done/tried this? Is it possible? Is a piece of the puzzle missing? How does this piece look like? Can I make it myself? Or will hell freeze over before I manage to pull this of?

    I have a Panasonic TH50PF10 PDP and a BeoSystem 3, and a BL 7.1, BL9s, and BL3s. I also have a BeoCenter 2, and BeoSound 2300 and BL8000s - so I like B&O products .. and I like the look but not the price of the Beovision 4 50" Full HD.

Anyone??? A bit of jury rigging and bit of duct tape perhaps??

Why not just buy a bezel from B&O and stick it with adhesive around the PF10 screen?

I have thought of this, but I think I would have to remove the original frame to make the Beovision frame 4 fit and then there might not be much to stick the adhesive on - though I am honestly not sure of this.

No you don't have to remove the original Pana frame.  I have also seen it done with wide Velcro.

Is the velcro factory fitted at Struer?Laughing

Generally speaking, you aren't learning much if your lips are moving.

Wont there end up being a bit og gap/edge from the level of the glass out to the level of the pana frame and the beo frame? How many millimeters would this end up being?

Well if the Velcro was Struer supplied it would be £1000/metre.  No idea about the mm meaurements sorry!

None of the techies on BeoWorld want to take a shot of this?

Does anyone know how much the Alu Frame for a Beovision 4 50" would cost?
