Beocenter 9300/9500 Stand - Aluminum
I'm looking for the aluminum stand for the 9300/9500, type number 2061. I would also consider type 2059 or 2060 as well. I'm located in the USA, but I understand it is easily dissassembled for shipping. Feel free to contact me.
Regards,
David

I don't have one (yet....) but is this the same one used for the Beovision MX7000 TV set?

Re: Beocenter 9300/9500 Stand - Aluminum
Hi,
I am based in Singapore. I have exactly what you are looking for, type 2061. I am using with my beocenter 9500. If you are looking to put the beocenter 9xxx series on, this is the one, the 2059 and 2060 will not fit.
Back to mine, the condition is used, i must say that overall cosmetic condition is ok except for a chip-off at one corner on the top-plate where a proper touch-up with the correct re-spray should fix. I can send photos to you if you are interested.
postage is not cheap as they are rather heavy especially the sides and top are made of wood.
let me know.

Re: Beocenter 9300/9500 Stand - Aluminum
Finally found one close to my hometown!
Any suggestions for some passive B&O speakers to use with this Beocenter 9300?

Congratulations, those must be hard to find when you need to have one!
One of the Beovox panels (Mondrians) would be a nice visual match. However, a pair of RL60.2's or RL6000's will be much easier to get and probably sound better. Seeing that your Beocenter has the white stripe, either black or white RL's would look great with it.

Hello Ralf.
Really excellent. I would combine them with a set of RL6000 or similar. I actually had this set now I only have the RLs!!!!!!!

Re: Beocenter 9300/9500 Stand - Aluminum
Hello Spiros,
why did you sell this set???
It was my "dream" to own it just like this.
Big issue now is the speakers....
The room is small, less than 12 m². Not symetric, so the positioning of the speakers is not easy, now I am using Wharfedale ones on the desk (which runs about 3,5 m wall to wall).
Thinking about wall mounting or ceiling posts.... Maybe a pair of RL 1000 on the desk would be ok for my "home office".
Penta are really great sounding speakers (best I had so far - better than Beolab 8000 e.g.), but too much for a small room, and unfortunately they are just not my style (brown, copper etc.).
Any older Beovox white versions an option? Like S45 white edition on stands (sure very hard to find).

I have a nice pair of Beovox 3000 flat panel speakers that I am thinking of selling. I got some top quality 4m cables for them too.
Trouble is I guess they will be expensive to send to Germany.

Re: Beocenter 9300/9500 Stand - Aluminum
In a room that small, you might even consider a pair of CX100's. Black/white/alu would all look good and they sound OK as well (certainly not phenomenal, but hey, look at the size).
The later Uniphase series is available in white as well (I have a pair of S80.2's) but they do take quite a bit of floor space, even more than the Pentas. And if they are on the floor stands, you would need a bit of distance to to listening position.

Re: Beocenter 9300/9500 Stand - Aluminum
Hello Ralf.
I just went for better!!!!! I needed some more up to date compatibility so had to change.
Even though the room is small and of course Pentas would be a waste for such a dimension, I would personally concider RLs.
They obviously give a very nice sound and on the other hand they are not as small (CX100 etc) for some moments you just want a little bit more!!!!
Regards
Spiros
