    Beosound 3 died

I've had my Beosound 3 on charge for weeks but haven't used it.  Now it won't turn on.  Is there a way to re-boot it without opening it or sending to B&O for repairs?

Dependent on how old it is, the silver foil membrane under the keypad on early models required replacement, often leading people to believe their Beosound 3 had died.  3 weeks charge is a bit excessive but should be ok.

    Thanks.

Is there a problem leaving it on mains power?  I always have it plugged in to keep it charged up....

I had the same problem with mine and got it repaired under warranty. As the previous poster mentioned there is a known fault with the ealrier models. I also find at times that I get electric shocks when unplugging it from charging. It is currently with the dealer again to check over the PSU. Has anyone else encountered this?

    Simon.
