Beomaster 8000, Beovox MS 150 Speakers

In a recent move, the Allen Bolts that secure my speaker stands to the speakers were lost by the movers.  Does anyone know how I could replace these Allen Bolts or find out the specifications for the Allen Bolts.

    Thanks,

    John

Hi John, and welcome to BeoworldSmile.

I don't know the exact length but I believe they are 5m bolts, you may need to put a washer behind the head as I think the original bolts had oversize heads to prevent them pulling through the holes in the stands.

Thank you very much Chris.  I will measure the depth and give it a try!

    No prob's,

they arent actually that long - probably about 40mm and are surprisingly small bearing in mind the weight placed on them by these huge speakers.

They are 3cm long from the tip to the base of the head - 1.6cm is threaded, the rest smooth. The threaded part is 0.5cm in diameter with the head being 0.8cm across.

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for taking the time to send me the exact specifications!  I went down to my local hardware store and they had the appropriate bolts.

My Beo Vox MS 150's are now up on their stands and the sound is much improved.

    Thanks again and best regards,

    John

My pleasure! I have been moving mine so I had not put the stands back on yet! Laughing
