Who's going to the Extraordinary general meeting?

    Extraordinary General Meeting.
Bang & Olufsen a/s will hold an extraordinary General Meeting on:

Wednesday 4 March 2009 at 4.30 pm CET in Struer Statsgymnasium,
    Jyllandsgade 2, DK-7600 Struer, Denmark.

Any idea on what's to be discussed or shown?

Well, they've recently removed the distinction between A-shares and B-shares (where the A-shares were non-tradeable), they're reaching out for new funding, and will have to have shareholder approval for a number of the measures they're contemplating, I should think.

Given the state of the world economy, being a luxury brand is difficult these days. Even Daimler and BMW are contemplating collaboration, tells you how dire things are.

Is this new share issue to be dilutive? Does anyone have any idea what the new funds will be used for - i.e. new investment or just to remain solvent?

Generally speaking, you aren't learning much if your lips are moving.
