I'm thinking of connecting a Beomaster 5500 with the AV9000. However since the AV9000 is in a link system (but not as a master TV), I'm wondering if the Beomaster 5500 has a TV command so that I can have it in A.Option 6 and the TV in V.Option 0. I know it might not work but maybe someone can heko out on this!

You need a converter to change MCL into ML and it depends which AV9000 you have - the early ones need a special converter. The 5500 would still be the audio master and the AV9000 would be the video master - I take it you don't have the MCP9000? As far as options are concerned, it depends on how you have the system placed.  1 for both or 2 and 0.

Indeed I used to have the MCP9000 but not anymore. However still I have the special converter (Used to connect my BC8500 with the AV9000) which by the way is almost as the standard one!

Since I had no problems with the BC8500 you think it should work under the same condition? But my problem is that if I link it to the rest of the house, when I press radio will my BS4 switch on as well? The only thing I need it to be linked on the rest of the link is for the N.Music and N. Radio. Especially for the N.Music I have the playlists with all the favorite songs of my daughter and definetely will not dissapoint her.

Should work since the BM5500 has the Atape2 command and it will be handled through the BS4 which is my Audio Master.

Thought it sounded too easy! Not convinced that it will work in Option 6. Don't think it will like N.Music either but will be interested to find out what it does!
