avus17: OH, I HAVE NEVER GOT SO MANY STUPID ANSWERS, THANK U ALL SO MUCH!
Avus,
I think you should have a little more sense of humour. I'm sure none of the posts below are intended to insult you. I think the reality is that none of the forum members have any clue as to the form factor, the price, or availablility or even the features/functions.
Rest-assured though, with the cynical pictures below, I'm sure there will be plenty who do not like the form, the functions, the need, the price etc...

Yes, we simply don't know and wouldn't let your post go un-answered.
Where did you hear of a new Beotime ?

new gift item : BeoTime
alarm clock
sleep timer
simple remote control
beautiful, remarkable design
motion sensor, to quickly adapt to left-hand/right-hand
The clock combined with the built-in remote can be used to timer-program a B&O system.

Likewise : - no offence intended and as already been pointed out no one really knows much about this rumoured product.
I think these replies are widely aimed at the disenchantment felt with some of the more recent product releases.
Chris.

Roger:
It can be programmed to send IR commands: If you want to wake up to the radio, it will simply send the IR command for Radio (so you do not need to set a wake-up timer in the main room).
Roger
Ohh this I like

I tried also a "serious" approach to the beotime question. From what I have understand it's a remote, a very simple one with alarm/timer.
- it will be a remote rather than a clock ? = 100%
- it will have 3-4 Buttons like Beo1 ? = 90%
- it will short / sleek and long ? = 50/50 % , we had with the Beo1 a "short" one ,maybe now we will get a long one.Roger says flute ,so we go for the long..quite a long...
- analog / digital display ? = 50/50 % ,maybe digital set timer, clock, other infos but simple display ...Beo4 like.I go for two displays.
Don't wanna spend to much time on it ,after half an hour ...This is what we get..so who is now gonna play on this flute ?
and gold ! best investment ...

Excellent work!
I gather that the time is projected on your bedroom ceiling from out of the end near Bang & Olufsen. Hence, it will need to be upright in some sort of stand. That'll keep you going for another half hour!

Thanks for your idea to enhance it with a "time-projector" ;but I have to decline ... have really not the time..but I will quickly render a golden one, interested to see one in pure gold ...
