    Serene design is copyed

I love my Serene design, but others  love it to ;-)

Zumba is a new mobile phone concept.

I read about the phone here :  http://www.dingz.no/php/art.php?id=803924

See video and more pictures here http://www.zumbalumba.com  taken from here the official site   http://www.iatechnology.co.uk/index.php

Looks like an iPod rip-off as well.

I wouldn't really call it a rip off. Just because it bears some resemblances doesn't mean it's a rip off.

I agree - I don't think the idea of the numbers arranged in a circle was so profound that any other phone using the same layout is a "rip off".  If I recall even nokia had an older phone years before the serene with the number buttons arranged in a circle.

Maybe, and we had an Ericson phone with circular number pad on the 60's. Had to rotate itto dial, though.  :-)

    Alex,

I apologize for the choice of words. I live in the states, as do a few others here on the forum, and it is just another saying for copy. We see a lot of look alikes, and it is very frustrating. In my opinion there are few products that can make you "individual" or "original" so to speak, everyone with money to spend buys an Escalade and an iPhone. But when something different comes along it is usually a cheap chinese variation. I have never seen a Serene or Serenata outside of my B&O dealer.

That would be Nokia 3650 from 2002.

Try to spot it from here  Smile
