Removing glass door from Beosound Century/2000...

    Hi All,

'Just acquired one of these.   Would like to remove the glass door for cleaning..   Is it a simple lift-off or does the door have to be in a particular position before removing?

    Thanks in advance.

If you've never done this before, you may be timid - understandably - but it is a sturdy device, so you'll be OK.

Our suggested method is to power down the unit - this makes for an easier time putting it back on. Then, hold the left edge of the glass,  and pull the door off by "peeling" it away from the unit, so you release the clip ( almost like turning a page in a book),   It will make a noise, but that's OK.

To put it back on once clean, reverse the proccess - if you try a straight in/out push and pull, its not as easy..

    Best Regards
