when you write you post, you have, on the left top of the field, compose, options, related, preview. Go to options, there you can add an attatchment (pricture) to your post. Hope this helps

Make the picture reasonably small or it will give problems.

Thanks Van
I was at work so didn't have the facility to re-size the pics downwards. Think 300kb might be a good limit if you can keep it there though :)

Where's your picture then?

To add to my technical woes I'm now at home using Safari on my Mac, so can't create a link to it on the forum as it doesn't seem to like Safari! Anyway, everything comes to he who waits, and if you check out the thread about CDXs and old equipment, you'll see my shiny home set up :)

Have you got a Mac? Use iPhoto and export the photo out onto your desktop. You should have an option to set what size it is - go for about 400x600 and that should come in under 300kb.

Re: How do you add photos to a post?
Safari won't let you do anything I'm afraid. I attached a photo I already had on my work PC earlier using the latest version of Explorer and that was fine. I seem to remember something about the Safari issue being on the list of things to revise???
As far as resizing a picture on a PC goes, I think you can use Photoshop if you have it, but I'm not a PC person so don't take my word for it!

Likewise mate - it's one of the better virtues of Beoworld - meeting people just as sad as yourself Chris.
