Yip thats the one. It is in really good condition. I bought it for my bedroom, it will be driving a pair of RL6000 and an Ipod will be the source. It is a really sweet sounding amp, and it looks cool, my wife even said "Is that the one for the bedroom, its lovely"Surprise

Very nice. Wonder if Ridax's Ipod dock works with a BM6000?

    Re: Recent Purchases

After ages of no purchases I've taken the plunge:

In a week or so am hoping to see my avatar change. The lab8000 (and lab6000 rears) have been traded in for lab9s and lab3 wall-mounted rears.

I'm very excited - delivery in the next week or so.

Intesting question to any lab9 upgraders - if you had a lab2, did you keep it?
My dealer was convinced I wouldn't (maybe he had a buyer that wanted my 8000s, 6000s and lab2 as a set) and on CDs there really wasn't anything in it (maybe even slightly better clarity without a lab2). But on movies I felt there really was something lacking without the sub. Interested in other thoughts - maybe it should be a new topic - apologies don't want to hijack this - just excited about my new speakers!

I purchased a used steel wok today for $9.99 Au, or around 4 pounds in your language and I am STOKED.

B&O purchases....ummmm, 4 coasters...which are of a variety that I would be suprised if youve seen.

Well, believe it or not... NOT a BeoVision 5. Neither have I purchased a BeoVision 7. In fact, I have recently purchased nothing, other than a £30 gold membership to this website.

    Tomorrow!

Clas Ohlson is opening a new store here tomorrow. It will be like christmas. This town is now only missing a B&O-store and a Toys`R Us (for me and my kids). My wife already has several gardeners and boutiques to visit.

    Nice Beolit 800 to go with my 1960s 600 & 609 and 70s 600.

Unfortunately, my girlfriend has insisted it be used laying down with the stand out so that she can sit some soft toys on top of it >:(

    Craig:

WOW, just got back from collecting this little lot. Was very surprised to find all the items in the original boxes. An absolute mint BG1500 which looks like new. Although the MMC20S is damaged. One mint pair of P45's and as for the Beocenter all that is wrong is the flap on the left hand side does not lift up on its own any more. But what was a surprise is in trhe box was one of the bar type AM aerials. How rare are these? All you see on Ebay are the loop type and the amplified one they did.

Congrats on getting yourself a bargain! Please let me know if you need to find a new home for the BG1500 Geeked

I have just made a deal for a Beocenter 7007 and a pair of RL 45.2 speakers. I am so excited. I shall pay about £ 90 for the lot. I  dont now if it is a bargain, but I can`t wait to get it home.

Just before the old BW went toes up I bought me a BM6000 which was sold as spares or repair. With a wee bit of tinkering it burst into life, it drives my RL6000 so sweetly, WELL PLEASED with itCool

One pair of RL140s is exciting, two is erotic, anything beyond that is kinky (to paraphrase your signature!)

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

AV2 expander and STB-C for my AV9000. Also will be getting some Beolab 4000s from Lifestyle AV. Plan to wall mount them as the AV9000 is in the playroom and floor standing speakers are not really going to fit. Probably get gold ones - something I would never have suspected!

Peter, why don't you get some Lab 4s as rear speakers and move your Lab 4000s into the other room? Just a thought?
