    Cable accessories from Czech

On December 19th I bought an aux in/out RCA adapter for my BM4500 and I have reason to believe its still outside the US. It was promised to my by the week after Christmas. I realize the circumstances regarding its production, I'm just wondering if this amount of time is normal. I'm just curious about everyones experiences with Czech made accessories.

I have ordered parts twice through a dealer and coming from CZ
On both occasions, they arrived well packed within 3 days. Very impressed!

Most of our cables come from CZ now, however I've also experienced about 3-5 day lead times on these. Of course that's under normal circumstances. Anything can go on backorder in any country.

B&O spares are now wharehoused on the Czech site and are normally with my dealer within 48 hrs.

I don't mean an internet site, it's B&O's factory in the Czech republic where I believe most of the spares stock is held.

    Re: Cable accessories from Czech

    Update:

I received a package from B&O on the 17th of Jan. But just my luck its the wrong part. It was shipped on the 14th due to my dealer having some economic dificulty (which is closed, hopefully just temporarily). And as a result, my business is being channeled through a Minneapolis installation. I called them on the 18th and they said that they would call me back the following tuesday and I have still not been contacted.

The only problem that I can see keeping it from working is that it is a female piece which of course won't  work with the female outlet on the receiver.

What I am trying to accomplish is make it so my BeoMaster 4500 receiver has both an RCA input and output. Does anyone know what I need? Or know how to accomplish this? I need help!

    Thank you all.

The female-plug is no problem. Don't wait anymore for a new cable. Just look out for any kind of electronic store and buy an RCA bridge/adapter like this:

    http://www.preisvergleich.ch/pimages/SINUSLIVE-HIGH-END-CINCHVERBINDER_1152__375892_40.jpg

This exists as a plug (like seen in my picture) or as a cable. No special B&O cable, just normal audio-stuff.

    Good luck

Oh, sorry I think you misunderstood. The 7-pin AUX plug is a female connector, not the RCA end of it. I have no trouble connecting RCA to RCA.

    Re: Cable accessories from Czech

You can buy a 5pin to 4x RCA cable, available in all electronic stores, not necessarily a B&O, the wiring is the same. You don?t need pin 6-7. It`s datalink. See:

I'm not near it now so I apologize for any of my mistakes about specs... So if I had this RCA in and out, how would I get them to function simultaneously? Or would it be automatic?
