    beosound 2300 features

    Hi

Does anyone know whether the beosound 2300 can be connected to a personal computer via the PC2 software that B&O sells?

Also, does the beosound 2300 have any memory storage via an SD card like the beosound 3000 ?

    Thanks.....Henry

Hi, no it can't do either of those things.

The BS3000 can link to the PC2 (via it's masterlink connection and N.MUSIC capable software)

But it cannot take an SD card, only the BS4 can do that. The BS3200 has a built in hard drive, but does not record data from a computer, only it's own sources and in real-time (radio,CD,Aux)

Beosound 2300 is not compatible with N.MUSIC (Beolink PC2, Beomedia 1, Beomaster 5).

Certain versions of Beosound 3000 and all Beosound 3200 are compatible.

Neither Beosound 2300 nor Beosound 3000 have a memory for storage.

Beosound 3200 has a Hard drive, but you can only rip a CD that you insert in the Hifi itself, you cannot access the HD from a computer.

Only the Beosound 4 has a removable SD storage.
