I am currently working on a pair of Redline 45.2 speakers. The on of them sounds fine but the other sounds like crap. When I opened them I noticed that the bass unit wass replaced by another (not B&O) in the one sounding like crap. 

Is it possible to get replacement units for those speakers anywhere? If so should i replace them in both speakers?

Does anyone know if it is possibly to get wall brackets to those speakers anywhere?

The only real source of wall brackets is eBay. They do come up every now and again but are getting much harder to find as the months go by.

Same with speaker drivers, although you could try a PM to member Dillen on this forum who may have some used ones in stock.
