I need your help.......

I preface this with fact that I have downloaded the PCG and still can't make sense of what I need to do.......

How do I connect and control the following:

Avant 32RF VCR with STB Controller

BC2

Sky Box

Wii

AV2 Expander

Apple Mac Mini

BL8000s

I also use the line out (phono plug) on the BC2 socket box to drive a non B&O amp in my conservatory which means that the BC2 and Avant are both set in option 1 and I don't want to lose this functionality....

I also really don't want to use the camcorder connection at the back unless I really have to!

What is the problem? you seem to have all the kit and though it is not the way I would do it, your set up seems fine. What doesn't it do that you want it to?

Can't get the Wii or Mac Mini to work, not sure what the sockets should be set up as....

Out of interest, how would you set it up?

I would always have the BC2 set to option 0 as the rest of the system seems to operate better but I do understand why you do things the way you are.

I have a Wii attached to my AV9000 via a AV2 expander and have it attached to the AV2 socket and set to V.Aux. works fine as do the DVD-R/Freeview box and Sky box.  I control the DVD-R using a DVD controller and the Sky via a STB-C in the AV9000. All sources connect as V.Aux with the DVD taking priority. Turning it to stand by allows the other sources to work.

I am  still struggling

Plugged into the AV2 expander, I have the Sky box into the decoder socket and the Wii in the DVD socket.....

The AV2 is plugged into the DECODER Scart socket on the back of the Avant and is currently set to STB (SAT) as this is working, VAUX (STB) also works, but VAUX doesn't give me control of the Sky Box.

The BC2 is plugged into the AV Scart socket on the back of the Avant.

In all scenarios BC2 and Sky Box work, but I can't get the Wii on the screen at all??

....help!
 

update.......

The GO and scrolling buttons doesn't seem to want to play ball now on my BEO4 when controlling sky

This is becoming extremely frustrating......
