    PD:
I couldn't anywhere near afford to go so have a nice time all & bring me back a souvenir - Beolab 5s or Beovision 9 for preference although I do understand that a Beosystem 2 would be easier to slip into a very large pocket. Or Eduard's camera bag/suitcase/steamer trunk.
    Is accomodation cost the problem?
I stay in a "bed and breakfast" accomodation, for a fraction of the price you would pay in the Grand Hotel.

    Re: Struer visit

I need to clarify a couple of points with B&O first upon reading the email in detail..  I have emailed them and should hear back shortly, after which i will probably make it a news article too..

Looks like we are in for one heck of a busy day though, they really are pulling out all the stops for us. I am very, very impressed!

Lee, bring some Beoworld T-shirts for sale in Struer! Could serve as a uniform during the visit to Nirvana.

    Hi Daniel

Get yours ordered before the event then!!  I'm not turning up at the Grand in Struer with a market stall and a suitcase full of merchandise! Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Den Glade Pingvin (The Happy Pinguin)

What better place to discuss the performance of BeoLab 9? I have stayed at the Grand too many times to count, very friendly people but the "bar" is two couches and a receptionist. Pingvinen, on the other hand, is the pub favoured by B&O personnel, and can be seen from the hotel. Open from 11 until ? on Saturday, closed Sunday. So for those of you arriving Saturday you might want to consider that meeting place.

You can also discuss the wisdom of placing BL3s high up on the walls, all around the pub, pointing downwards. Makes the Beopeople feel at home, though.

You can book a table, which is recommended if you're going to eat.

Accomodation, travel, time off work, etc, etc. Not that I'm skint but I recently had to move back in with parents as I couldn't afford the rent on my place. Looking forward to the return visit in 5 yrs, though. Fortunately for my AV tastes, I have a very understanding mother with quite a flexible credit card. Smile

Lee - No stall?! Again with the Arthur Daley comment!!

Well with my knowledge of "Grand Hotel" it will not be crowded ;-) except if B&O have other people staying there!

    Hi,

sorry, I`m late, but please count me (us) in for the tour. We would like to take part and just booked a room.
Last year we had a tour to B&O. A birthday-present from my family and it was great, but this one will be fantastic!

    Thanks a lot

I note looking at this thread that 25 are allowed to visit - are there places left?

I will definately come if there are.

The final list has already been sent to B&O, so we cannot accept any more "entries" i'm afraid. I have a complete list of all those attending, don't worry, and i don't think i have missed anyone!
