    BeoSound 3 - not responding

    Hi 

    suddenly my BeoSound 3 stopped respondning.

    Nothing happens when I press the buttons or try to change the volume.

    The only button that works is the one to the rise the aerial.

     

    Has anyone experienced this???

    And typically the gurantee just went out the door

    Other people has experienced this...

    It is a known problem.

    I suggest that you confront your dealer with the problem...

    The very first BS3s had problems with the touch-pad.

    I think you should take your BS3 to the doctor. May be it is just a little SW problem...

    same with mine

    I popped in to Linda and she take it back to service

    they change the top panel

    and for free....

    mine went to the service yesterday to exchange the top panel.... in one week we will see.....
