I just bought a serene but everytime i want to turn it on it shut's down.

Has anyone experienced this problem 

I have experienced a few crashes with mine but it wasn't frequent. The phone stalls and then it shuts down.

Your problem sounds much more serious.

Just went to the dealer the battery was faulty :-)
