    BeoPort doesn´t connect to my BS3000 anymore!

    Help,

    Yesterday evening died my connection from BeoPort to my beosound3000 and visa versa. I am not able to use my cd / radio and a.mem from my BeoSound 3000 from within the beoport/player software or N.Music and N.radio from my BeoPort. I can select them but I can´t use them. They´re only for a few seconds highlighted. Uninstalling and reinstalling the BeoPort software 4.61 didn´t help. Also switching the power off from both BeoPort and BeoSound. Does anybody have an answer? Or is one of the components dead?  Another strange thing is that the volume buttons (on beoplayer) are working (volume HeadPhone from BeoPort gets up and down) but the volume number on the BeoPlayer display is not going up and down.

    In my case the wireless connection sometimes isn't available.
    To solve this, I have to extract the Apple Airport Express from mains.
    And reinsert it again. In 2 minutes the wireless connection is up and running.

    If I'm correct all are connected by ML.
    Try disconnecting ML.
    Leave it for 15 minutes, and then reinsert them.

    Or disconnect both systems from mains.
    No longer then 10 minutes, otherwise you have to enter your PIN code.

    Hope you will figure it out.

    I will give it a try.

    But it didn´t work! I think I need a technician.

    Do you have a seperate ir-eye? If so, does it repond to any instructions? If yes, then there might be a problem between the USB connection from the pc and the beoport.

    Did you try to disconnect all other USB equipment from the pc?

    If you select N.Music at the pc does it starts playing some music at the pc? Then there is a problem between the beoport and 3000 (ML related)

    You have to try several things, so you are able to locate the problem.
