Hi there, Not sure if this is a fault with my Penta 2 or not so just checking here to see in anyone else ever experienced the problem.
Basically, due to lack of spare Powerlink Sockets and wiring logistics, my setup up is Beocenter 2300, 1 x PL cable to right speaker and 1 x PL cable to the left speaker but then a second PL cable from this left speaker to a Beolink Passive (to drive speakers in another room). So daisy chain but to a passive box not another speaker. Problem is that sometimes the Penta display seems to throw a fit, has the right source + volume info but seems to be displaced to the right by a few digits and also has some blanks, just looks odd. Recycle the power seems to fix it for a while. Doesn't seem to do it so often when I disconnect the passive box from the PL2 socket on the speaker??? I'm usiing PL mkII cables for the Pentas, should I just be using mkIII for the link to the passive box (since there's no display info needed)? The only other way is it daisy chain one speaker to the other then use the freed up PL socket on the Beocenter for direct connect to the passive. Just want to really see if there's a display problem with my Penta as it's only just started to occur? Hope that makes sense?
