Hello,

my Beomaster 4500´s volume stopped functioning a while ago. I played with the sound button and after a while it worked again. Once again is not properly functioning.Instead of being able to hear music at a normal level of 36, i can hardly hear a tone at  the maximum, which is 90.

the beomaster is connected with the beogramm CD 4500 and active boxes.

Who can help?

Does this apply for all sources or is only will listening to CD? Have you tried using a remote to see if it makes any differents? Do you ahve any passive speakers in the house you can try to see if it is both the case with active and passive speakers?
