Quite simple phone and in my opinion useless since it is only for music!!!

Nothing compared to a smart phone or even better iPhone!!!!!

I thought the general consensus (from B&O) was that they were going to drop these partnerships and there would be no more B&O mobiles etc?

My guess is that B&O aren't going to market this as a B&O product, more likely that they've offered their expertise to develop parts of this phone and it will be a Samsung branded product.
