TWG:Can anyobody confirm a release date? I NEED the wall charger :)
From which one the fake or the real one ? I don't understand the discussion about the wall-charger and wall-holder, if you remove the cables from the charger it becames just a holder

Dealer showed me the official pictures, and they are the same as the sheep photos. Retail for around £55. p.

Dealers in the US were given the same photo...but the email indicated that the photo is of a prototype, not the final product. Perhaps everyone is right!

Peter :To be fair, the issue is that it could be possible (if not that likely) that B&O could make a holder with no charging facility. I do have a beautifully turned metal stand for mine (Thanks Richard!) but this has no charging connections. In this case, the wall holder is a charger and is available now - the part number is 1159366. It will retail for about £80 I believe.
Thank you Peter! Would you be so kind to show us your Beo5 stand?

Bv7Mk3:Hi Jvdb 107....The Bv7 is now fitted with Hdmi,it has 4 Hdmi sockets fitted and is call the bv7 Mk3 with the Beosystem 3 now fitted inside
You are talking about bv7-40 mk3, which comes with bs3. Imho Jvdb107 means bv7-32, which is hopelessly outdated since years. Kind regards, beoberlin

Tomaz: The Stig - ver. 1.7: SecretSheep: Rather better with the Beo5 in it!
This is a Early sample .... the real thing looks nothing like this. Instead think BL8000 cone in small version and placed beo5 on it.
Hello Sheeps ... Someone has given you fake & early sample images How could you believe that B&o would have use cheap plastics for its wall-charger ? It's of course iron made .. With the information of Stig, it could look like this... don't be a sheep
Thats cool!!! I want one

Actually, the BV7-32 without DVD looks pretty good. Even better connected to a BC2. Am I mistaken in thinking this, but are they bringing out a DVD-free BV7-40?

No, afaik there will be a bv7-32 "monitor" (aka dvd-free) only. BV7-40 will keep the dvd drive and get a bluray update in early (?) 2009. Regards, beoberlin
