cleaning cloths for LCD TV screens

Can anybody recommend what I should be using.  I thought microfibre was the answer to my prayers, then I read in the BV7 manual that these cloths could damage the coating

Having said that, my dealer mentioned 3M microfibre cloths and said that B&O recommend them

When i bought my BV4 there was excactly a 3M cloth included in the package, so i will recomend buying such a one from your dealer.

Thanks.  I ordered one which has now arrived.  Do you use it wet or dry?

Why would a 3M Microfibre be better than another decent branded Microfibre cloth? Huh?

We use Tesco own brand microfibre cloths with foam glass spray, and we have never once had an issue with coatings.  I would guess i have cleaned at least a thousand TV's this way.

PS - Make sure you wash the cloth regularly though - on its own.  A greasy microfiber is a real pain as it will never do the job.

Thanks all.  The reason I ordered a 3M cloth was because this was the brand recommended by my dealer, and as I said previously, it does specifically state in the BV7 manual to beware of some microfibre cloths.

I wish I had received your reply earlier,Lee, because the cloth cost an arm and a leg!
