Beolab 7-4 front cover

Is it possible to replace the front cover of a Beolab 7-4 and thus change the color?

Beovision 7-55 with Beolab 7-4, 9s and 4000s

Beovision 10-40 with Beolab 1s and 6000s

Beosound 1, 5, 2000, and 3000

Short answer is yes. My discussions with my local B&O agent confirmed that I could order the front cover in a different colour and that it was fairly easy to change over. Yet to do it myself though.

i bought a red one on ebay a fews months ago for about 15 euros. it was brand new!

I never mounted it and when my dealer came last months to take away the bv7-40 i gave him the red one :-)

Don´t really know why i bought the red one???!!!

I want a BV 10

Did you ever look to see what was involved in changing the cover?
