    Online survey of magalogue

Just got a mail from the Danes, asking politely to participate in a online survey of their magalogue. After clicking myself through their questions i got the following error message:

Warning: mysql_connect(): User taylti200 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/www/bang-olufsen-survey.com/public_html/includes/functions/database.php on line 6

Failed to connect to the database - User taylti200 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

So go out of my survey. They asked me, not you :-).

The message makes me wonder, if B&O are running their survey on the old BeoWorld-servers. It kind of reminds me of theses times...

    Kind regards, beoberlin

I was able to complete the survey without problem.  I think their servers are probably very busy.

Its an interesting survey.  I think what they are trying to find out is if people actually like the magazine format. Or maybe to get us ready for a change back to the old format published annually to save money.

Well thats an assumption on your behalf i suppose, but i saw it as an exercise by the marketing department to improve the magazine - because in most cases this is the introduction to the brand and the products (besides the showroom) and it's something people take away and assess in their own time!

The most important thing for B&O at the end of the day is how many customers they can accrue and how many products they sell (the more money they make, the better)! Cost cutting is really a step backwards, and i think that was the previous CEO's mistake...
