Dear All: I took the plunge and became a Gold member.  It was a gift to myself for passing a grueling set board exams and also to support a site that gives me great insites and pleasures--Learning what other members across the pond are doing is great fun.  Not to mention that music plays a great part in my daily life and B&O makes a 'lazy' audiophile enjoy music at its finest without the 'hi-fi' burden.

By lower level, I assume you mean in another room downstairs?

If so, I believe you need a Beolink Active. This would give remote control of the BS9000 from the lower level with independent volume control.

Rather depends on how you want to do it. The conventional way would be to get a Beolink Active and wire to the link room using ML wire. That would be my choice. You would get a small round Infra Red eye, about the size and shape of a hockey puck and a black box which the speakers would attach to which can be hidden.

The alternative is to use a Wireless connection - look at Wireless 1 in the products range. No picture there but will try to get one. I will also put the user manual up as soon as possible! (Manual now on!)
