Search for BV9 at the top of the screen here in the little white box. Wink you'll gain access to the previous discussions about the BV9, in my opinion it's absolutely fantastic.

Too heavy also!!!! And you might get addicted to B&O... Stay away from it as far as possible!

The race for quality has no finish line- so technically, it's more like a death march.

    Mono speaker,

wouldn't this simply act as the center channel?; If you used this with a surround setup

    Beosystem 3, Beosound 4, Beolab 9, Beolab 3, Beolab 8000

    Too late. . . I'm already addicted I'm afraid. . .

My bv9 should be in here in about 3 weeks.

It will be used in a surround setup with 5s on the front; 8000s mid and 4s or 3s in the rear

Just wanted to see if it was worth it's salt. . .

In that case you' love it!!

I assume that you already own the 8000's?  Otherwise I'd go with 3's as both rear and surrounds.

Karel, thanks for covering my back while I was asleep. Wink

    Yes, I already have the 8000s, as well as 6000s, 3s, 5s, 4s, and 4000s. . . . .

the 8000s are nice aesthetically so i like them in the room
