    Beocenter 7002 - hinge bracket

    Hi everybody,

    My first time on this site - looks very impressiveBig Smile. I bought my Beocenter 7002 brand new in 1982 to celebtrate passing my exams. The only thing that has ever gone wrong - the right hand pivot hinge for the programming lid has broken. It is aluminium and I have already pinned it and it has failed again. So any ideas where a new one can be found please?????

    Hi there.

    Welcome to the site!

    And welcome to the club of people with broken hinges on their 7000 series Beocenters!  One of our members apparently has some, and I am sure he'll be in touch.

    Hoping you'll stick around Beoworld, though you'll probably do what I did and buy yourself some more B&O to keep it company Wink

    Hi,I have several beocenter 5000 and 7000 and need the plastic piece that slides into the metal panel that mkes the door open slowly.

    the part no on the 5000 is3011010 and its called a friction plate.

    Does one of our members really have a supply of new beocenter hinges?  If so then I'm in the market for two of them....

    I have them, not original but working pieces.  Try to search for the original one here in this forum, if none can help you let me know.

    Try to b&o dealers too before ask me.
