hmmm I sang Roll over Beethoven in a high school concert so that definitely makes me old 
First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

Yesterday I also bought this, The Suburbs by Arcade Fire. I know its been out a while but I absolutely have to praise this disc - amazing!! All 16 tracks!
The song Suburbs is pretty popular right now, and for those of you have it or like it, I would suggest getting ahold of track 16, The Suburbs (continued). A short 1:27 but it is a great compliment to the song. Some really cool bass tones and interesting all around. My 5000s never seem to quit suprising me!
Most of the disc is gapless and all the tracks play seemlessly - rare for my generation's music! Also sounds as if it were coming out of vinyl, very warm and vintage sounding.

The "best" for my mood today was "Marche Au Supplice", so much so I played it three times at level 66+
Now to find some more kettle drums

Just found a Blu-ray disk, I bought with my Blu-ray player and forgot about, The last Walz, the story about The Band, told by the members and with a lot of good Rock, Blues and more. Thats the problem with the Vinyl, you can only see the artists in your imagination, and they stay the same age, as last time you saw them live, then you see yourself in the mirror, and says Oh my god.

That is THE concert movie! I had it only on VHS I
taped in 1985(!) on the first and only time it was shown on Finnish TV -
until they aired it again about two months ago, and it's firmly on DVD
now
