A little early morning Mambo Craze by De-Phazz on my recently acquired Beosystem 5000.

 

J. Ralph's "One Million Miles Away" from his Illusionary Movements of Geraldine and Nazu album.  Never heard of him until I heard his music in this TV commercial

That track is amazing. I tried to find his album but it isn't on sale in Japan. It isn't even listed on most websites and if it is, it is out of stock!

Just got the 1973 vinyl from Budgie Never turn your back on a friend.

After a hard vacation week on Dominican and and a hard catch up week at work (I hate working), I'm now starting my weekend with a Cuba and Traeumerei, die schoensten romantischen Klavierstuecke, mit Wilhelm Kempf, Stephan Askenase and more, a mint 2 LP album, I didn't play that with my old MMC4 but now its a joy to hear it again with my new SMMV4.

Well, I did finish Traeumerei, and now listening to Georg Frederich Haendel, Wassermusik, Feuerwerkmusik, Berliner Philharmoniker. Into my 4th cuba and with my new SMMC4 (yes SMMC4, not SMMV4 if anyone notice) I'm swoofing.

Santana Abraxas 1970 disc - well used but still sounds wonderfully - hard to choose a favourite track - like 'em all!

Lying in the bath with a whisky and orange listening to a home recorded tape(using a later BC4000 - first piece of BnO kit, kids made a fortune copying tapes) - mid '80's of a Genesis concert from Knebworth - transmitted June / July Saturday night - remember it sort of well, had been at a model show at RAF Cosford during the day when notably a 1:12 scale flying model of an Avro Lancaster was successfully crashed - early days of radio control, with 2 x 7 channel systems being used, for full control destined to fail!

Currently using an Ouverture and BL3000's!

Also notably on the Sunday for a full display of a Vulcan low flying bomb bays open etc - neck hairs erect etc - brilliant weekend

Weekend comes to an end, nearly midnight in Mexico, listening to Lone Kellermann, Tilfældigt Forbi, after that I will put on Vandkunstens lille Cafe, a good weekend, bought Bv 3000 flat panel from Jeff had a niece conversation with Eugene, and was frequently on the forum, so one more cuba, one more Lone and of to bed.

Just discovered Paloma Faith song New York.  Great track and great voice.

Have to say the Live from Abbey Road version is better though....
