Hi,
referring also to "adding another set of speakers to 2300" discussion, today the B&O dealer's technician came to install my new pair of BeoLab 3 to add to my Beosound 2300 along with the 8000's I already had.
The technician came up with a brilliant suggestion, where I needed neither I Y-splitter, a Beolink converter or whatever, at yet have 4 speakers AND individual control.
Solution, which works perfectly: Beolab 8000's serving the "TV-part" of our living room connected to my MX7000 TV (rather than the 2300), the BeoLab 3, serving the dining room part of the room, connected to Beosound 2300 (and of course MX7000 connected to 2300 AUX as it already was).
By setting the "speakers" option of the Beo4, I can control the Beolab 8000 with e.g. AV-CD and -completely independent- the Beolab 3's via CD on the Beo4.
I for one found this really cool, and none of the 3 B&O people and none on this forum thought of this!
