    Is Beoworld membership for a full 12 month period or until a fixed date in the year?

    After getting great help from the members here, I joined Beoworld as a gold member on the 6th of April 2008 and paid for a year. Two weeks ago I got an e-mail that my membership expires in August, after only 4 months membership. Now i'm confused. Do you get membership for a full 12 month period when you pay for gold membership, or is membership renewed on a fixed date in August for all members and do you have to pay again in for a new year. I've send an email about two weeks ago to the ''enquire'' e-mail adress, but no reply so far. Anybody had the same problem?

    It was a glitch in the system - but i am assured it's fixed now. You do have a full 12 months membership from the date you paid - that's a definite.  I did actually reply to your email but it looks like its lost in cyberspace!

    I also reported it to our web people, who i assume are looking into it for you. As soon as i hear anything i will post on this thread in case anyone else has had the same issue..

    The problem has gone worse. I am now kicked back to bronze membership. What happened here?

    Although the three stars next to my postings indicate gold membership, my personal profile states bronze and I can't acces any manuals or other silver & gold member areas.

    Hi Beolab1

    Just to let you know the problem has been fixed and your account has been corrected. There was a small error occurring which thought your original joining date as a bronze member was your reminder as a gold member. This has been rectified and your status will return to gold. Could you kindly log out and then back in again for this to take affect.
