New magalogue------why all the negative comments?

Got my magalogue yesterday and was very pleased with it.
The article about Frede was obviously going to be of interest as I have been to his cottage and seen his 'workshop' first hand.
I did find it interesting about how Eveline Glennie, the deaf percussionist, feels sound through vibrations on the surface area of her body. The human brain is amazing, how it adapts other senses to compensate for the loss of one. If only we all could use the full potential of our brains!
And then folk try to tell you that you came from an amoeba!

No, but we did evolve from a single celled organism. The article about Frede is my favourite part.

Hmm I think we already had the 'Darwin' debate Peter, and agreed to differ. We'll have to save that for a quiet Wednesday©Wink

I agree, though, that the Frede article was the best bit.

it is a fantastic magazine - it's just the catalog section that bores me. The white back ground on everything is bleugh

Re: New magalogue------why all the negative comments?

Correct. As half (or more) of the magazine is product based - and there are few new products - it's barely changed since the previous magalogue.

It would have been interesting to see and read about the inclusion of B&O products in other areas - B&O products in hotels. Perhaps a different hotel featured with each magalogue? Why not an editorial piece on B&O products with a real-life customer? Show how the customer has linked the products, how they've included them in a new home design etc etc. Again, a feature per magalogue.
