    BeoSystem3 Best Companion ?

I was wondering which product best suits BeoSystem3, BV4 or non B&O like Pionner Kuro ?

    What's your opinion / advice ?

    Thanks in advance.

if you do a search you will find all this has been discussed before. In a nutshell.

The pioneer Kuro- with its own processing arguably produces better results that the BV4 with BS3. problem is that when you connect the BS3 to the Kuro it does not improve upon the kuro own processing- in fact it makes the picture worse.

The only screen that you can use that will be a sensible match is the panasonic commercial series ( with no internal tuner) you lose some options such as ability to control contrast and colour from the remote( but you only set that once anyway!) some find you can have auto contrast- seems to depend on SWversion.

You get it all with the BV4 ( its the panasonic  screen anyway- in a alum frame) but you pay the increasingly absurd price- 2.5 times the cost of the panasonic panel
