I have a set of S55s with foam rot on the bass / mid driver which I'd like to repair. Does anyone know how you open them up? I've looked and can see no simple way in ;-)

There are screws down the holes that the grille front clips fit in. I think they are philips screws. Once you release these, the whole front comes off though do it gently as the wires are attached to the back of the speaker! The driver is held in with brackets which are easily released.
