    Beogram TX2 - DATALINK?

    Hello,

is it true that TX2 actually has Datalink build in the system but it just

isnt in use because of the RCA or DIN5 connectors? (somebody said so:)

If so, where can I find Datalink and how should I connect it to DIN7?

    Thank you!!

    JV

I don't have a TX2 to test but I am fairly sure that it is present on the mute switch pcb as usual. I will try to identify the connector postively when I get home from work and it will be up to you to route it to the din plug.

    Regards Graham

Ok, thank you very much! By the way, what kind of cable it uses?

The cable to a DIN connector is 6 core with the yellow being datalink.

It is all illustrated in the service manual which you can download from this site if you upgrade your membership to silver or gold.
