    Hi, and welcome to beoworld.

Is your 9000 linked to a b&o TV (i.e an avant)? If so has the video been set to record sound from the 9000? Ive just searched through the user manual and this is all i could find on 'Lock'

You will need to add SHIFT to the beo4

(dont forget all user and service manuals are available on beoworld to silver and gold members)

In over 400 posts, that is the first time ive been able to give advice and help. Plus the fact ive just learnt how to do screen shots, and was testing the new found ability. Big Smile
