I'm thinking to buy a BV8 - 32 in the coming weekend (as dealer will increase the price by 10% after July 15).  However, I'm wondering if B&O will announce a larger model (says 37' or 40') for BV8 later this year.  If this is the case, I would rather to wait a bit more for the 37'/40' model.  As such, anyone know if B&O will update BV8 very soon?  Thank you in advance for your advice.

Very soon is not a word used very often by B&O!! A bigger BV8 is on the cards and it will have optional surround sound. I am afraid when is a tricky one!

You may get some indication when the finacials are released next month. Maybe your dealer gives you an option to purchase at  the old price within a month.

 If you are not happy with the size, I would probably skip it and wait. It's too much money ......

Thanks again for your advice.  This is helpful for me to come up with a conclusion. 

My viewing distance is about 7 feet long....so I think the 32' model should suit my needs.

40 Inch BV8 will be available in the first quarter of 2009 as far as i am informed...

and what about the bv6-32?
