Earset 1 wiring/plug for SKYPE, help

Does anybody know the wiring in a Earset 1 headphone

All headset to SKYPE are big, ugly and in cheep plastic  and therefore we will use the great Earset1 as a  headset to Skype chat, but I need to change the plug,

Therefore I need a wiring diagram.

There is four wires total; green and green/red together (for one unit -microphone?) and red/cobber together  f(or the second unit- speaker?)

Which wirepart is for microphone and for speaker

What kind of  plug do I need for my computer/skype?

Not only for our mobile, but olso for Skype

I travel a lot and to keep touch with the family, I use Skype overseas alot.
    I use the following combination:-
    The Earset 1 (mobile)
A Stereo 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter (Maplins for a quid)
A 3.5mm Stereo to two 3.5mm mono adapter (aircraft adapter - again Maplins for a quid)
This final adapter just squeezes into most laptop mic/output sockets. I could be rationalised further but a) I'm not a good solderer and b) yon need two lose plugs whereas the solution above keeps the equipment as standard.

I tried exactly that, from maplins. I can hear audio, but the mic does not seem work ... The volume seems very very low ... Any thoughts?

Unfortunatly I don't have a wiring scheme... but from what I saw it was straight forward... 2€ of pieces and 5min work by neighbor... works flawless!!!!!

The race for quality has no finish line- so technically, it's more like a death march.
