    Beo1 remote info

I just want to know if the Beo1 remote only works with Beovisions. Are the Ir codes totally different from the Beo 4 or Beolink 1000?

     Thanks

I am sorry to say that the Beo1 only works with Beovision 1 or Beocenter 1.

Beo 1 also works with my AV 9000 and a Lintronic box.

Further to that, they may have a good re-sale value in a few years as they were a flop and thus not many made. I am thinking of getting one for my Beovision 1 as it looks nice (in my opinion) and would be good for a spare remote.

... an a reasonably attractive toy!

Ours has disappeared since a few weeks after some 2 year old kids got their hands on it...

I wish I had bought one when it was sold all over eBay.
Always liked the look of it and it's only B&O remote I have not owned

They are still availlable new from your dealer. I seem to be the only only one that not only likes the look but also the way it works. It does the job for me quite well.

I bought one new when my 4-year old son broke the plastic part that covers the IR-LED. That part was not available. Not cheap thought (I think it was 150 euro).

I saw one on eBay the other day for £5 with an hour to go. That has obviously gone now though.

I think I am going to get one too, and then a Beo 5 and then the other one that goes up and down and is two way and that I forget the name of. Even though I don't have any two way stuff, I just think it will provide hours of entertainment watching it lift up and down!

Oh yeah BeoLink 7000 that is!
It's an amazing piece. My favorite is to watch Tape Deck level meter on the blue screen
