BeoCom 2: 'feed back' in normal conversation

    Dear All:

The 16 month-old BC 2  is giving me some feed back while engaging in normal conversation.  Has anyone experience 'feed back' or echo from the phone?  I can hear my voice at a much lower volume.

I have encountered the same problem while away from speaker.  Any comments are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Dario

That's going to be an issue with your phone line/provider, not with the BeoCom 2. I'd speak to BT or whoever you get your phones from.

    Dario,

I agree with Alex, its more likely to be a phone line problem. Why not connect another phone to the line to be sure ?

Also, if you have several extensions, one of those may be the cause of the problem, I suggest you unplug any extension phones and test again.

    Regards Keith....
