Can you remove (by accident) a STB from the PUC-list?

Is it possible to remove (by accident) a STB from the PUC-list, of a BV7-40 mkIII?

Mine is lost.......... It only shows: "unknown STB"

I've seen this before.  Try doing a 'hard reset' to the BV-7/BS-3.  Unplug mains power for at least 45 seconds, plug it back in and tur the TV back on.  Generally restores all settings and PUC data.

Russ, it worked! PUC-list is complete again after a reset of 45 sec.

    Many thanks.
