Wow, he didn't sell it for $1,875 (U.S.), so he re-listed for $1,900.

I tend to go overboard when it comes to unique B&O items, but I would definitely pass on this one.

Especially when it's impossible to determine if this thing is from the Lewis or Jensen era.

See, it is truely B&O. If they would not sell a product this would just be what they would do to move it ;o)

    What!!!
Looking at the fixtures and fittings on that bike its a £100 jobby from Halfords.
Spray it red, slap a load of B&O letraset over the frame and resell for a grand.
The only thing B&O about this bike is the mark-up.

Absolutely - this stinks of cheap crappy bicycle with a sticker on it !!

B&O wouldn't knowingly put their name to that.

have to agree, looking at the pics the first think I noticed was it was a cheap bike to start of with. if B&O did produce some limited edition bikes I would expect them to use high end ones. Something like Trek, or Cannondale.

That has to be the crappiest bike I've ever seen. A scrap dealer would charge you for taking it away.

Check it out.  Found some other pictures of some other (same?) guy's "B&O bike."

IF it IS real, it's a Randor-made bike, which was an inexpensive Taiwanese company.

Someone mention outsourcing to China?  Big Smile

    Re: B and O Bicycle?

BOA - Bang & Olufsen America held a sales contest in the 1980's where a bicycle was one of the prizes.  This may be one of them.  They where cheap bikes with just a logo added and judging from the logo that was the one used by B&O in the '80's.
