Hello all, a little assistance please. My motorised assistance to open and close my serene has stopped working. Either one of my kids has fiddled with it or it has indeed failed. I cannot see anything in the manual that talsk about this. Does anyone have any ways of re-enabling the motorised assist. Somewhere in this forum there is a thread about better battery life after switching off the motor ???

 A;lso the B&O Store in David Jones in Melbourne (where I am) were wonderfully professional and despite the fact that I bought mine in Denmark, they have said they would repair it under the international guarantee.

Maybe your kid has disabled the function. Try this: Menu, 9, 2, 3 and activate the motor again.

Quim, thanks. I did download the user manual and finally found this out. It works fine now, only, I now have no excuse to buy a Serenata
