    Beosound 9000 "TV Contol" Message

When trying to adjust the volume the display reads "TV Control" and the volume stays the same. I don't have a user manual. How do I adjust this?

You probably have the wrong option set. It assumes there is a TV which has the speaker connected.

Try switching it into option 1

this sounds like you are connected to a tv... is that the case?

if it is some of the bs9000 features are controlled from the set.

The 9000 is not hooked up to a TV. It is possible it may have been in the past.

My installer just figured out the option menu on the remote and fixed the problem.

    Thanks for your responses.
