    Wireless 1 connection

I have just purchased a 3rd wireless 1 receiver. It will not connect, is there any known problems for a simple connection or is it most likly the product is faulty?

I have factory reset my receiver and re-connected the original 2 receivers with no trouble.

Whoever sold this to you should have told you this, but likely the problem you're having is software incompatibility.  You need to bring all of your wireless units to the dealer and they need to use the service tool to make sure they are all running the same software version or you will not be able to pair the new unit to the older system.

Just had to do the same exercise two days ago. All units should go to SW release 2.10
